01.General provision

04. Delivery conditions and costs of supply

05. Order Cancellation

06. Customer's right to cancel the contract

07. Returns policy

The customer must visually inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Goods is entitled not to accept if it is clearly visible mechanical damage caused during transport or when the goods are incomplete. In this case, it is required to write a report with the courier damage or refuse to accept the consignment. Mechanical damage of goods in undamaged packaging must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment and the goods are not used.
